UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 1999 - REG 875

875 Issue of warrant

The court may issue an enforcement warrant imposing a charging order charging all or part of the enforcement debtor’s legal or equitable interest in 1 or more of the following—

(a) annuities;

(b) debentures;

(c) stocks;

(d) bonds;

(e) shares;

(f) marketable securities;

(g) interest in a managed investment scheme;

(h) units of—

(i) shares; or

(ii) marketable securities.
