(1) If a non-money order requires a person to perform an act and the person does not perform the act, the court may—(a) appoint another person to perform the act; and(b) order the person liable under the order to pay the costs and expenses caused by the failure to perform the act.
(2) Subrule (1) does not affect the court’s power to—(a) appoint a person to execute a document by order of the court; or(b) punish for contempt.
