UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 1999 - REG 944

944 Review

(1) A defendant may, at any time and from time to time, apply to the court for an order that—

(a) the warrant be set aside; or

(b) the defendant be released from custody; or

(c) an order made under rule 942 (2) be varied.

(2) On an application under subrule (1) , the court may make any order that it could make under rule 942 .
