UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 1999 - REG 947J
Notice of registration
947J Notice of registration
(1) The judgment creditor under a registered
judgment must, within 28 days from registration of the judgment or the period
as extended by the court, serve notice of registration of the judgment on the
judgment debtor.
(2) The notice must be in the approved form.
