(a) a claimant has been given appropriate notice of the hearing of an application for relief by way of interpleader; and
(b) the claimant does not appear at the hearing or does not comply with an order made on an application for relief by way of interpleader;the court may dismiss the claimant’s claim and decide all questions arising between the other claimants on the basis that the claim by the defaulting claimant is barred.
