UNIFORM CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 1999 - REG 997
Transitional provision
997 Transitional provision
(1) The scales of costs in schedules 1 and 2, as
in force immediately before the commencement of this rule, continue to apply
for assessing costs on the standard basis, for existing work done by a
solicitor.
(2) In this rule—
"existing work" means work done, before the commencement of this rule, for or
in a proceeding.
