Voting services provider to give notice to returning officer
18 Voting services provider to give notice to returning officer
(1) This section applies if a voting services provider is administering voting
in the ballot.
(2) The voting services provider must give the returning
officer written notice of the result of the counting of all votes cast in the
ballot as soon as practicable after the votes have been counted.
