WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION REGULATION 2014 - REG 72
Payment of amount
72 Payment of amount
(1) The amount the non-scheme employer must pay WorkCover for the liability
is— (a) the amount (the
"agreed amount" ) agreed to by WorkCover and the non-scheme employer; or
(b)
if there is no agreement—the amount (the
"decided amount" ) decided by the arbiter.
(2) The agreed amount or
decided amount paid to WorkCover must be adjusted by the non-scheme
employer’s actuary to take into account— (a) compensation and damages
payments made between the assessment day and the cancellation day; and
(b)
claims lodged against the non-scheme employer between the assessment day and
the cancellation day.
