Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsThe holder of a licence to carry out demolition work must give the regulator written notice of any change to any material particular in any information given at any time by the licence holder to the regulator in relation to the licence within 14 days after the licence holder becomes aware of the change.
Penalty—Maximum penalty—(a) for an individual—12 1 / 2 penalty units; or(b) for a body corporate—60 penalty units.
