144ZB Licence holder to return licence document

A licence holder, on receiving a notice under section 144Z , must return the licence document to the regulator as required under the notice.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—

(a) for an individual—12 1 / 2 penalty units; or

(b) for a body corporate—60 penalty units.
