WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATION 2011 - REG 184

184 Duty of worker—competence

A person must not carry out high risk diving work unless the person has the qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience required by AS/NZS 2299.1:2015 (Occupational diving operations Part 1 : Standard operational practice) for work of the kind to be carried out by the person.
