WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATION 2011 - REG 212
Warning devices
212 Warning devices
(1) This section applies if the design of plant includes
an emergency warning device or it is necessary to include an emergency warning
device to minimise risk.
(2) The person with management or control of the
plant must ensure that the device is positioned on the plant to ensure that
the device will work to best effect. Penalty— Maximum penalty—60
penalty units.
