WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATION 2011 - REG 227
Application of pt 5.2
227 Application of pt 5.2
(1) This part applies to— (a) plant that is
required to be registered under part 5.3 ; or
(b) plant the design of which
is required to be registered under part 5.3 .
(2) Also, section 237 (2) to
(5) and division 4 , subdivision 2 of this part apply to all plant that is an
amusement device located in a licensed major amusement park.
