320 Content of card

A general construction induction training card must—

(a) state the following—

(i) that the card holder has completed general construction induction training;

(ii) the name of the card holder;

(iii) the date on which the card was issued;

(iv) a unique identifying number;

(v) the jurisdiction in which the card was issued; and

(b) contain the card holder’s signature.
