Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsA person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace must not use, handle or store, or direct or allow a worker at the workplace to use, handle or store, a restricted carcinogen mentioned in an item in schedule 10 , table 10.2, column 2 for a purpose mentioned in column 3 for the item unless the regulator has authorised the use, handling or storage of the restricted carcinogen under section 384 .
