Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsA person who applies under section 383 for authorisation to use, handle or store a prohibited carcinogen or restricted carcinogen must give the regulator written notice of any change in the information given in the application before the change or as soon as practicable after the person becomes aware of the change.
