WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATION 2011 - REG 608ZM
Effect and duration of licence
608ZM Effect and duration of licence
(1) A major amusement park licence
takes effect on the day it is granted.
(2) A major amusement park licence
expires on the day decided by the regulator which must not be more than 5
years after the day the licence was granted.
