Requirements for authorisation of plant or substance
714 Requirements for authorisation of plant or substance
(1) A relevant
person must not use plant or a substance at relevant premises if— (a) this
regulation requires the plant or substance or its design to be authorised; and
(b) the plant or substance or its design is not authorised under this
regulation.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
(2) A
relevant person must not direct or allow anyone to use plant or a substance at
relevant premises if— (a) this regulation requires the plant or substance or
its design to be authorised; and
(b) the plant or substance or its design is
not authorised under this regulation.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—200
penalty units.
