Transitional provision for particular high risk work licences
786 Transitional provision for particular high risk work licences
(1) This
section applies— (a) to a high risk work licence that would, other than for
this section, expire on or after 1 July 2013 but before 1 October 2013; and
(b) despite section 92.
(2) Unless cancelled earlier, the licence expires 5
years and 6 months after the day it took effect.
