795 Application of s 701B

(1) Section 701B applies in relation to an application for registration or renewal of the registration of an item of plant, whether the application was made before or after the commencement.

(2) However, if an item of plant was registered before the commencement, section 701B does not apply in relation to an application for the registration or the renewal of the registration of the item of plant if the registration was cancelled before the commencement.
