Interference with water to improve security for town water supply
68 Interference with water to improve security for town water supply
(1) This section applies if the purpose of the proposed interference with
water is to provide improved security for town water supplies taken under an
authorisation.
(2) The chief executive may grant the application if satisfied
there is a need for an increased reliability of the water supply.
