The ancillary water licence must—
(a) state—(i) the purpose for which impounded water may be taken under the ancillary water licence as ‘any’; and(ii) the maximum rate at which impounded water may be taken under the ancillary water licence, in megalitres a day; and(iii) the volumetric limit for the ancillary water licence; and
(b) be subject to—(i) a condition that impounded water taken under the ancillary water licence must not be stored; and(ii) a condition that impounded water taken under the ancillary water licence must be taken only from the impoundment authorised under the licence to interfere.
