Fees for continuing interim water allocations
132 Fees for continuing interim water allocations
(1) This section applies
to an interim water allocation (a
"continuing interim water allocation" ) in relation to which chapter 2 , part
5 of the unamended Act continues to apply under section 1271 of the Act .
(2)
The fees payable for the purposes of the continued application of chapter 2 ,
part 5 of the unamended Act are stated in schedule 13 .
