141C Prescribed arbitration institutes—Act, s 433A

For section 433A (8) of the Act , definition
"prescribed arbitration institute" , the following entities are prescribed—

(a) the Queensland Law Society ABN 33 423 389 441;

(b) the Resolution Institute ABN 69 008 651 232.
