WATER REGULATION 2016 - REG 146
References to transfers, amendments or amalgamations
(1) This section
applies in relation to an application to relocate a water licence under
section 126 of the Act made on or after the commencement.
(2) A reference in
a water plan, water management protocol or water sharing rules to the
transfer, amendment or amalgamation of the licence may, if the context
permits, be taken to be a reference to the relocation of the licence.
