162 Meaning of black-powder pistol

For schedule 2 of the Act , definition
"black-powder pistol" , black-powder pistol means a firearm that—

(a) is less than 75cm in length; and

(b) is a muzzle loading firearm or a cap and ball firearm; and

(c) does not accept cartridge ammunition.
