APPROPRIATION (PARLIAMENT) ACT 2011 No. 22 - SECT 4

4 Supplementary appropriation for 2009–2010 based on unforeseen expenditure included in the consolidated fund financial report

(1) The Treasurer is authorised to pay $3 510 000 from the consolidated fund for the Legislative Assembly and parliamentary service for the financial year starting 1 July 2009.

(2) The amount mentioned in subsection (1) is appropriated for the financial year for the Legislative Assembly and parliamentary service to be applied to its departmental services, administered items and equity adjustment as stated in schedule 2.
