AIRPORT ASSETS (RESTRUCTURING AND DISPOSAL) ACT 2008 No. 46 - SECT 118

118 Amendment of s 4.1.21 (Court may make declarations)

(1) Section 4.1.21(1)(c)--

renumber as section 4.1.21(1)(d).

(2) Section 4.1.21(1)--

insert--

'(c) the construction of a land use plan under the Airport Assets (Restructuring and Disposal) Act 2008 and chapter 3, part 1 of that Act; and'.
