Section 3(2), definition indigenous land, paragraphs (a) to (e)—

omit, insert—

'(a) the Aurukun and Mornington Shire Leases Act 1978;

(b) the Aboriginal Land Act 1991;

(c) the Torres Strait Islander Land Act 1991;

(d) the Land Act 1994.'.
