ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER LAND HOLDING ACT 2013 No. 2 - SECT 91

(1) The Minister must, within 5 years after the commencement of this section, carry out a review of the operation and effectiveness of the Act.

(2) The Minister must, a soon as practicable after the review is completed, cause a report on the outcome to be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
