(1) Section 18A, 'part, apart from section 32, applies'—

omit, insert—

'part applies'.

(2) Section 18A, 'the Local Government Act 1993, part 1B, is'—

omit, insert—

'the repealed Local Government Act 1993, chapter 3, part 1B, was'.
