157 Amendment of s 30 (Deed of grant takes effect on delivery)

(1) Section 30(1), from 'issued'—

omit, insert—

'prepared under this division takes effect on the delivery of the deed to the grantee.'.

(2) Section 30(2), 'grantees'—

omit, insert—

'grantee'.
