ABORIGINAL LAND AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER LAND AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2011 No. 26 - SECT 160
160 Amendment of s 33 (Cancellation of deed of grant in trust)
(1) Section 33(1)(a)—
omit, insert—
'(a) a community government under
the Local Government (Community Government Areas) Act 2004 holds title to land
under a deed of grant in trust under the Land Act; and'.
(2) Section 33(2) to
(4)—
omit.
