181 Amendment of sch 2, s 3 (Special personal matter)

Schedule 2 , section 3 —
insert —

(l) applying to alter the record of sex of the principal in the relevant child register under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 2023 ;

(m) applying to alter the record of sex of a child of the principal in the relevant child register under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 2023 ;

(n) applying for a recognised details certificate for the principal under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 2023 ;

(o) applying for a recognised details certificate for a child of the principal under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 2023 .
