11 Amendment of s 246BI (Requirements for application)

(1) Section 246BI (1) (c) (iv) and (v) —
omit, insert—

(iv) if the applicant is not a building certifier—evidence that the applicant has met the approved requirements for pool safety inspectors;

(2) Section 246BI (1) (c) (vi) —
renumber as section 246BI (1) (c) (v) .
