208 Insertion of new s 106A

After section 106—
insert—

106A Acting chairperson The Governor in Council may appoint a member of the Authority to act as the chairperson—

(a) during a vacancy in the office of chairperson; and

(b) during all periods when the chairperson is absent from duty or, for another reason, can not perform the functions of the office.
