236 Amendment of s 186 (Strategic review of office)

(1) Section 186—
insert—

(5A) For subsection (5), a corporation is an appropriately qualified person if a director, employee or other staff member of the corporation is appropriately qualified to undertake the review.

(2) Section 186(5A) to (9)—
renumber as section 186(6) to (10).
