93 Replacement of s 19 (Distributors, retail sellers and advertisers not liable in certain circumstances)

Section 19—
omit, insert—

19 Advertisers not liable in certain circumstances A person who advertises a publication is not guilty of an offence against section 12 if the person does not know, and has no reason to suspect, the publication is a prohibited publication.
