COMMUNITY AMBULANCE COVER LEVY REPEAL AND REVENUE AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2011 No. 20 - SECT 16

This subdivision applies—

(a) to an administration agreement continued in force under section 15; and

(b) despite—

(i) section 83 of the repealed Act; and

(ii) the terms of the administration agreement.
