Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) This section applies to a proceeding for a review by QCAT of a decision of the commissioner relating to an objection, whether the decision was made before 1 July 2011 or is made on or after that day.
(2) Part 9, division 2 of the repealed Act, as in force immediately before 1 July 2011, continues to apply to the proceeding as if the repealed Act had not been repealed.
