31 Amendment of s 18 (Basis of imposition of levy)

(1) Section 18(1) and (2), 'financial'—

omit, insert—

'relevant financial'.

(2) Section 18—

insert—

'(3) In this section—

relevant financial year means a financial year ending before 1 July 2011.'.
