4 Amendment of s 27 (Change of name)

(1) Section 27(1), from ‘under’ to ‘ Act 2003.’—
omit, insert—
under—

(a) the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 2003 ; or

(b) an equivalent law of another State providing for the registration of a change to the person’s name.

(2) Section 27(3), ‘subsection (1)’—
omit, insert—
subsection (1)(a)
