5 Replacement of s 57 (Medical examination)

Section 57—
omit, insert—

57 Health examination If a safety order is made for a prisoner, a doctor or nurse must examine the prisoner for any health concerns—

(a) as soon as practicable after the order is made; and

(b) subsequently, at intervals of not more than 7 days (to the greatest practicable extent) for the duration of the order.
