65 Amendment of s 53 (Restrictions on questioning detained person)

(1) Section 53(1)(a), after ‘stated in’—
insert—
, or described by,

(2) Section 53(1)(b) and (c)—
renumber as section 53(1)(c) and (d).

(3) Section 53(1)—
insert—

(b) if the person is the person described by the order—finding out the person’s identity; or

(4) Section 53(4)(a)(i), after ‘stated in’—
insert—
, or described by,

(5) Section 53(4)(a)(ii)—
renumber as section 53(4)(a)(iii).

(6) Section 53(4)(a)—
insert—

(ii) if the person is the person described by the order—finding out the person’s identity; or
