33A Amendment of wagering licence(1) The Minister may, with the written agreement of the licensee, amend a wagering licence.(2) After receiving the wagering licence for amendment, the Minister must—(a) amend the licence as agreed and return the amended licence to the licensee; or(b) if the Minister is satisfied it is not practicable to amend the licence to incorporate the amendment—give the licensee a replacement licence that incorporates the amendment.(3) The amendment of the licence takes effect on the day the Minister gives the licensee the amended or replacement licence.
