18 Amendment of s 62 (Gaming equipment and chips)

(1) Section 62 (4) , ‘a gaming machine’—
omit, insert—
gaming equipment

(2) Section 62 (4) (a) and (b) —
omit, insert—

(a) any electronic payment methods to be used with the equipment, including the technology used for the electronic payment methods; and

(b) if the gaming equipment is a gaming machine—

(i) a machine game to be played on the machine; and

(ii) the artwork for a machine game to be displayed as part of the machine.
