43 Amendment of s 186 (Regulation-making power)

Section 186 (2) —
insert—

(d) be about the methods of payment used—

(i) with general gaming equipment; or

(ii) to participate in a game; or

(iii) for paying prizes or refunding a fee paid to enter a game.
