23 Amendment of s 99F (Review applications by commissioner)

(1) Section 99F, heading, after 'by'--

insert--

'children's'.

(2) Section 99F(1), after 'is the'--

insert--

'children's'.

(3) Section 99F(2), from 'commissioner' to '140B(4)'--

omit, insert--

'children's commissioner gives notice under the Commissioner's Act, section 370(4)'.

(4) Section 99F(3)--

omit.
