CRIMINAL HISTORY SCREENING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 No. 5 - SECT 4

Section 26(2)--

omit, insert--

'(2) An individual is not suitable to conduct a child care service unless the individual--

(a) has a current positive prescribed notice; or

(b) has a current positive exemption notice; or

(c) is the subject of an application for an exemption notice.
