CLASSIFICATION OF COMPUTER GAMES AND IMAGES AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2013 No. 3 - SECT 59

After section 16—

insert—

'(1) This section applies to an appointment as a shorthand reporter or recorder that was in force under section 6 immediately before the commencement.

'(2) The appointment ends on the commencement.

'(3) In this section—

commencement means the commencement of this section.'.
